Giving me the bird

I've had a few people call when I'm the one driving and answering the company phone. 99% of the stuff they say is complete BS only to try and get the driver in trouble. when i tell them I am the guy in the truck they are trying to squeal on, they hang up.

I have a dashcam, and a tachograph. everything is recorded

 

That’s when you give them a happy toot toot from your air horn and a thumbs up.

I love the one finger salute, makes my day everytime.

I was in the hammer lane the other day, doing 10 over going with the flow. NOT slowing it down whatsoever. I get in the right lane once I got into the sticks and didn’t have to deal with merging traffic. Still not holding traffic up...

Dude who was following me for ten miles flys by me honking his weak car horn and telling me I’m #1.

That is SO true.
But, sometimes easier said than done.
I usually do really well just ignoring them because I know I didn't do anything to cause the reaction.
I had one 2 weeks ago on 459 in B'ham Al, that did it to me and set my Blood pressure to a boil.
He did it and took off at 90mph... that's even worse.
I was praying he would have a flat tire, or something to disable that vehicle, just so I could see his face when I popped the brakes on the shoulder behind him.

Probably a blessing in disguise that he went on his way feeling smug about himself.

 

The best is when they come up to you at a light trying to cut ahead of you but you’re unloaded after the flick you off. P

hammer down! Have fun being stuck next to traffic driving by you at 50 mph until the next light.

 

Thats why alot of drivers put paint over the "hows my driving" phone number. To many ppl trying to be a super 4 wheeler if there is such a thing

 

Best question is how many people have you flipped off?? Lol

I wouldn't worry about it, I have flown a few birds myself. lol

My favorite was a shipper that I would not let load my truck HIS way. He told me he would call the office and get me lined out. I gave him the number and and when he got my wife, she just told him, let me give you the owners cell number, I was just standing a few feet from when My phone rang, and I ask him if he could hear me now. lol
