Knocks the cab clean off the frame! Then the driver opens the door like no big deal!

he walked out like nuffin' happened, cuz he had already done crapped his pants.
meaning, he had nothing else to do except walk away from the stink.FlaSwampRat, starmac, mjd4277 and 2 others Thank this. -
also, from what i can see, the gate in front of him, was down, but the one behind him must have been still up, causing him to enter the tracks area... it should seem to me, that "common sense" would have prevailed and he say sumting like, "hey that gate in front of me is down, maybe i ought to stay back here, instead of stopping ON the tracks.???"
so common sense is lacking all around the world, not just here in the states.FlaSwampRat, mjd4277 and x1Heavy Thank this. -
Holy crap!!! Better link here...
FlaSwampRat, mjd4277, lovesthedrive and 1 other person Thank this. -
Why in the name of anything ever would you not drive right through that f*^%&ing toothpick trying to stop you!????????????????????????????????????
FlaSwampRat, starmac and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
the arms behind him came down after he entered the area of the tracks. he never would have made it clear, going forward, and smashing into the gates, the trailer would have still been hit.
he would have been better of reversing it jack quick and plow the gates behind him, and push any cars back as well.
but, after seeing this video, i have to question the timing of the gates, warning lights, etc, for NOT operating faster?WildTiger1990, lovesthedrive and x1Heavy Thank this. -
The timing is generally for track speed at 30 seconds.
In our area, our freight track limit is 80 mph. Train is coming upgrade at 80 working steam and rolling coal with brake shoes slack blowing for the first of series. 30 seconds aint much. Not at 80.
This one appeared to be moving at 100+ And as far as Iam concerned the trucker had a thousand life times to remove himself from the track, I have to carefully consider the idea of suicide because most people whne they fill their visions of big scary FAST trains coming to kill them they want OUT. as in O U T like yesterday right now.
A tiny percentage of those will exhibit a mental health flaw by siply closing their eyes as if to reject the idea of the impossible situation that they must die in now. They freeze. And so sometimes they die for it. Lord have mercy on those.
This trucker has some issues. 30 seconds sitting in that cab is just too #### long. I am leaning towards him wanting th train to royally flatten him, truck and cargi for whateverer -
What the world? Even the guy walking his dog watever that is , he doesnt even seem phased that a train just plowed thru a truck at 100 mph. Just keeps walking like nothing happens, like this is normal business lol
magoo68, FlaSwampRat, starmac and 2 others Thank this. -
I will bet the entire ranch, the bank that owns the deed and the town that the bank built for that purpose. Driver has to be high on something to exhibit that kind of I don't care behavior. -
For a crash video, this has got to be one of the coolest I've seen. Hollywood couldn't have made that cab slide off of the truck any better. I'm glad this driver is okay, sans the soil in his britches. I feel bad for the engineer of the train, too. I guarantee that wasn't a good day for him/her and hope they are okay, too!
Okay, hold up a second... would driving a truck onto a what obviously seems to be an active (READ: big train approaching FAST!) crossing be considered an accident, or a terminal case of stupid?FlaSwampRat, mjd4277, x1Heavy and 1 other person Thank this.
