    how do they plan enforcement? are they gonna jump out in #### weather and fight traffic to pull someone over? then take the risk of getting hit themselves? if the weather is that bad already, they’ll be working crashes anyway.

    42 years of commercial driving and I still get white knuckled driving in snow. I can control how I drive but I cannot control how the people around me drive...I feel much safer at night when most of the idiots are in bed...
