The only people opening their mouths about Napa Transportation here have tried them, and it's the same story every time, inaccurate pay statements, no respect to the driver, forced dispatch, calls on your off days home pressuring you to come out, it goes on and on. As a matter of fact the post you're posting is clearly staff based, someone higher up posted this fake post. No driver who's worked for Napa Transportation for 5 years will ever say it's the best and to just try them. All the Napa driver's I've spoken to share the same story, they all have super negative things to say. They tell me they get alot of miles 1 week then purposely slow it down for you the other 3 weeks. Not to mention that payroll will be rude and hang up on you even though they clearly made a mistake on the pay and knew it when it was pointed out to them. You wanna find out what Napa Transportation is like, yeah go ahead, try them, give them a chance, find out for yourself. Maybe you'll get a different experience.Jarhed1964 and dwalto Thank this.

I’m thinking after a 7 year hiatus, things might have changed.

I just left there a couple weeks ago. Older trucks with cameras inside and outside of the trucks. Pay was okay, not very competitive. I was a local driver making $19 an hr STRAIGHT PAY for anything over 40hrs. You get one week of vacation after a year. 8 paid holidays that pay $100 a day. Vacation days pay $100 a day. Sick days pay $50 a day. Other local drivers were paid differently; hourly, cpm, salary, and by the load.
Expect to make around 50k a year as a local driver. I'm assuming otr and regional guys should be around that as well. I do know that otr trucks don't have apus and don't have prepasses for the weigh stations.Jarhed1964 Thanks this.
