    I have a brand new cobra 29 black chrome and it does not come with the night watch feature and i want to change that. Anyone know how much adding a nightwatch face plate to a black chrome would cost so all the knobs and switches light up? Thank you for your help.

    Cobra 29 ltd bc with wilson 1000 mag mount antenna.

    Money is not an issue. I bought the radio for one reason, its black chrome. I want to put a nightwatch face on it and don't care how much it costs. So if anyone has any ideas or knows how to do this let me know

    Swap the case covers over to a Night Watch and be done with it :biggrin_25525:
    But I can tell you you will not like the black chrome,it scratches very easy and shows smudges and dust very easily.

    I have had it now for 4 weeks and there is only one scratch under the mounting bracket and tyhat was my fault. And what's sweet is it comes with a little cleaning cloth that wipes dust and smudges off no problem. But hell ya that was a good idea just getting a nightwatch and switching the case. I will get one with weather channels to. Thank you

    If you want it to light up why not just get some nitro nobs installed on it. Then you can choose whatever color you want them to light up.
