I know what your saying, ppl make the mistake of choosing any company and leaving them in 2-3 months. But I also heard alot of people telling me to find the best FIRST company to work for and to stick with them for at least a year like you said. I will be taking my TSA background check next Monday after Thanksgiving so I will be applying then, but for now I will be looking for local companies since my mother got laid off from her previous job so I have to support her. Local jobs are going to be very hard to find BUT I will not give up lol. And plus I am willing to sacrifice because I want to own a house in the future, I have 47k of Undergraduate loans that started in 2011 and I been deferring it ever since so interest rates are going up. I am willing to push 10-12 hours a day if needed and also willing to skip the major holidays for a good long term commitment.
Passed my CDL 2nd try, now what?
