If you qualify to go to Bentonville, you already have the experience, and nobody on this forum can teach you how to get through onboarding. Just don’t overthink it. Don’t watch YouTube pre trip videos. The CDTs will show you how they expect the pre trip to be done. Go to Bentonville and show them what you already know. If you don’t do well the first couple days, it’s okay. They’ll work with you. It’s their job. Most of them love it, and you can tell. They’re amazing. I’m starting my second week at my home DC today. This job is awesome so far. This peoplenet tablet will take some getting used to, but I understand it’s far better than it has been in the recent past. My trainer told me to basically not use NTransit, and the tablet won’t crash. So that’s what we’ve been doing.

 

Thanks man. I just got a call from Bentonville earlier. He asked if I was still excited to go to NW Arkansas. I said, NW Arkansas, No,... but Walmart, YES! I see it’s cold up there. I’m in Florida wearing jackets when it’s in the 50’s. I have been watching YT to familiarize myself and to sorta practice a verbal PT. But I heard they show you WM expectations beforehand and then 1on 1 if you need some help. So that was a little comforting. I appreciate all the info and I’m happy you are enjoying your new career.
