This company is owned by a Serbian brother/sister team. Their names are Igor and Danielle Stankic. Previously known as D.S. Express with offices in Huron and Norwalk, Ohio. You would do well to avoid them at all costs. They will burn you on pay, force you to drive unsafe equipment (insisting that you return to the shop in Huron for repairs), and leave you hanging if you are put out of service by the DOT. They are a LTL company with most loads being 2-3 stops. A favorite trick of theirs is giving you paperwork for the customers, but leaving you with no driver copy for the last drop. They will refuse to pay if you don’t have that driver copy. They force dispatch, and frequently send you on runs that you cannot possibly do on time. If you are late, they will deduct the penalty from your settlement. I personally know of two times that Igor has had his ### beat by disgruntled drivers, and one time that he had a pistol put in his face by a driver that he ripped off. Also once fired a guy 3000 miles from home and left him at a rest area in the dead of winter with no way to get back home. Take my advice and don’t give these crooks a second look. Read reviews under the D.S. Express name. They are not BBB accredited and have an unsatisfactory rating. See for yourself! Hope this helps.
