Yep, one of those white collar pens where the guards dress in polyester blazers & drive around in golf carts. The inmate live in college campus like dorms & make furniture & do crafts to pass their time.

Ugh. If they like I-81, the NE and driving in the Appalachian mountains 80 percent of the time, they'll love Big G. Also have more Ghetto customers than anyplace I ever worked. Nice trucks and people though.Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

Yea that's one of two places in the CONUS that I told my company I refuse to return to. They made me wait 4 hours before giving me a dock saying "we don't stage until appointment time." Ok, well if you do that you better start unloading me when I bump the dock. I didn't get unloaded for another hour and a half.
I told my company if you send me back here you'll get the keys on the seat. They said they understood.Gearjammin' Penguin Thanks this. -
When I was leaving our main terminal on Friday afternoon there was a Celadon team there picking up a loaded trailer.
We sometimes use them, or Schneider, to run extra linehaul loads from NC to TX, or CA.
I'm wondering now if their fuel card got cut off and since I'm out west, I'll be redirected to go get it.
Not good business.
There were two young guys in that truck.
Probably without the means to get somewhere in a pinch.
Being that young and (likely) inexperienced, I'm sure I'd have been in the same boat.
Counting my blessings that I've prepared myself for bad situations. -
It will be deactivated as soon as they call the insurance caimpany to cancel. A refund for the prorated unused portion would be issued.

No.
I want to hear her tell us all again how her boss
Told her everything was just fine.
And we should all just shut up,because celadons
Not going anywhere.
When anybody with a slither of trucking experience
Knew the ship was going down. It was just a matter
Of time.
But nooo, the boss wouldn't lie to a dime a dozen
Truck driver.
Even though they'd already been found guilty of lying
To there creditors by cooking the books for years.
Now there unemployed and looking for a job
At Christmas time.
Any driver that's still there and gets stiffed out of
There last paycheck, or stranded 500 miles from home
Got nobody to blame but themselves.Hotplate, LoneCowboy and GoneButNotForgotten Thank this. -
