Depends on where you live and what you want to haul. Like gasoline, fly ash, plastic pellets, propane, air freight, etc

 

Sadly, not for a day cab owner. If you had a sleeper and with these companies folding left and right, I think an outlaw might be able to make a go of it again, but can't be home. The up side, is it's totally a drivers market. Park, or sell the truck, and drive somebody elses day cab, like a freight hauler. Be better off anyway.

 

No haven't talked to a guy I use to work with up there in years. But you can try Keenan or a LTL company that hires O/O's like odfl.com or one of those shorter airport runs with fedex ground. But your truck has to be a white late model tractor to put it on at fedex freight. Or maybe epes can put u on a tobacco run to va and back or something like that.

Check the local quarries, concrete and asphalt plants to see if they need trucks to haul aggregate material. Check the local dump truck and excavating companies as well. Start knocking on doors. Here are 28 leads for you -
