yep...well into six figures. I'm happy to get a little piece of it, I billed 21 hrs and $700 in permits to CN.

all I had to do was load and haul the hoe, unload at site, sit and wait. then load 'er back up and take it home after everything was done. I sat in the hoe operator's pickup most of the night watching them work. went and had a few naps. easy money for sure.

I bought a roll of this mosquito screen and had that on my windows... it worked very well...

Used paper clamps on the edges so it would stay tight in place...

Only inconvenience was when I had to open the door... But it was for sure the easiest and cheapest solution...

When I go back trucking... if I do go back trucking, there will be no more 3000 to 4000 miles per week.... :biggrin_25513: That will be a thing from the past... I'll have to take time to seat down and have a nice meal in the truck, have lunch and dinner everyday... Will have to exercise my muscles every day... will have to sleep more and sleep at night... I have no idea how I will be able to accomplish that... but it will have to be done for my own sake...
And if I want to continue saving money for retirement and a house in the future, I will have to continue living in the truck like I was doing before for some more years...
I don't like the new trucks, I don't like the ELDs, I don't like what trucking is becoming... *sigh*... :biggrin_2557:
