    • Paying .30 per loaded mile you drive(negotiable speak up)
    • you get top bunk

The driving with closed toe shoes is a deal breaker for me,is there anyway we can work around that?

Thats not negotiable. I got pulled in for a level 2 inspection and one of the first thing officer did was to check to see if I was driving with flip flops. I expected the being out for 30 days AND waiting 30 to get paid to be main deal breakers. who kew...

    700miles per day*22days=15400miles*.30=$4620
    Pay rate is negotiable.

I think he was joking. Most carriers are paying over 40 cents a mile, so he was being facetious.

My understanding is that teams split say .50cpm. I'm willing to pay reasonable rate. Looking for motivated driver, someone that may be trying to buy their own truck. I can't afford to have a driver that wants to idle the truck all night. Need someone that thinks like a owner operator.

Your understanding is wrong. Teams split the miles and each gets full pay. So if a truck runs 6k miles each would get paid for 3k. Right now old dominion is begging for team drivers and starting pay is 72 cpm plus full bennies.
