What type of trailer are you using and how much revenue are you bringing in a week?
I was hoping to bring in 6-7k a week on the Cottrell but its just not happening. The wedge we want to do 4500. On my side we still have room to grow in terms of maximizing but I want to see if more experienced people are making my goal numbers with these rates.
- Cottrell 5309 bringing in 5k average
- Kaufman 3 car wedge bringing in 3750 average

I would think that 5k a week in a 5309 is way low, just my opinion.
pavrom and Kawinige01 Thank this. -
How many miles per week do you run to produce those numbers?
-
what would you say is a realistic target in todays market?

This quarter the wedge is averaging 1670 and the semi is averaging 2000 miles per week.

My 4 car trailer avg, over 2.00pm and that includes ALL deadhead even guys going home and back to the yard, repair shop, etc, each truck averages around 125,000 miles a year. I guess I just assumed a 5309 would be closer to 3-3.50 pm, I mean 9 x even .40 pm is 3.60, and I hope like hell you aren't running below .040???

We have never ran 9 on it. More like 6-8 due to bigger vehicles. In CD I normally filter out under 40 cents.KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this.

Anyone care to share what trailer and how much rev they are bringing in a week?
-
I'm only grossing around 3500 per week with my 5307 but I only run half the miles you run. It's slow this time of year, you will probably hit those numbers you wanted in the summer.Atlanticus trucking Thanks this.
