Learned my real yard skills. The primary skill .. being a yard hostler taught me after doing it for years how to actually learn how to back up a 53 and not pull a swift move... If you are gonna do this trade. Yard goats will teach you some invaluable skills and they pay ok at lazerspot and you will be home nighty and watch the OTR Union/Nonunion carriers and judge for yourself...
