those could be higher mileage waiting to get sold or returned back to peterbilt/mac. Up until this summer we had around 6 of the old prostars still here, they are gone finally. Right now theres 3 or 4 macks that are past expiration and waiting to get sold off.

So the thing I always wonder w/ percentage pay is how do they deal w/ the inevitable empty back-haul or bob-tail between sites to pick up a trailer? Also what is the accessorial pay at Heniff like such as detention pay and live loads / unloads, etc. From what I've read Superior is some of the best in the biz as far as accesorial pay and accounts for a big chunk of what people end up taking home in pay.DEllis Thanks this.

KAG is still the largest by far, even without Schneider.
-
My only problem with percentage pay is the fact of the trucking company being honest about what the load is actually paying. And if the rate on the load drops, so does your pay
-
That is completely contrary to KAG's m.o., so I doubt it will happen.
And I swear to God if I'm sitting on the rack and one day a Schneider truck pulls up next to me to start loading fuel, I will drive directly back to the yard and turn in my keys.ChicagoJohn, slim shady and Orange713 Thank this. -
There is actually two fuel hauling trailers on the OC yard in Houston seems like a dedicated account I’m not sure where they haul to

I’m with Superior and hoping this is a good thing. More longer runs and get away from the International trucks. Lol. Riding it out and see how goes. No use getting all worried yet. Said it take a few years before all settles down. Hope for best n prey for the rest

I think we'll be merged sooner than that based on the announcement statement "that things will remain the same for the immediate future". Also from what I've read on here in a different thread that the Heniff Miller merger happened in about 6 months, that Heniff announced the
acquisition of Miller in Nov/Dec, and had planned to compete the merger by June. I'm betting it'll be a bit longer for us, but I have a feeling things are going to move quicker than I originally thought. Anyway, Agreed.... Somethings are better and somethings aren't, but it is what it is.... and we're also hoping for the best. I hate the lose of the companies profit sharing contributions to our 401k though
Anyway, Best Wishes to u

I would think that the back office people like safety will be affected earliest as duplicate areas are consolidated.
