Trailer repair - spray coating to prevent leakage?

Having same problem with a 98 53' dry van that i own, tried many things for a couple years until a friend give me the solution, it come in two parts, first apply (o let somebody do it for you like i did) rust-oleum (or similar, can be liquid asphalt from other brand) underneath the whole trailer. For the top part use Key Polimer (more info at www.keypolymer.com), can be used in worn parts only or the whole floor at once. No more problems, guaranteed it.
