You want M100463 Donaldson mufflers if I recall the part number. High flow and cheap. It will help that little motor.

 

I was about to suggest the same, they flow up to 3200 cfm if I remember right. We put one on dad’s truck, bought it from TruckPro for somewhere in the $110-120 range.

 

Had some good car chases though

 

Yep, I run them because it's almost as good as a straight stack and appears legal.

I dont like drawing attention.

I have seen 7,8,10 inch stacks flow worse that a straight 5inch.

 

A toast to 2020 being better than 2019.

Might be sending my younger brother to rehab. Man to man I'm terrified I'm gonna lose him. In one yr 2 dui's, 3 totaled cars and countless od's. 2 of which landed him in hospital and 3-4 other times me or dad had to give him narcan.

Has so much potential and just cant seem to see big picture.

According to the shop receipt they put a M100465 on. It shows 2500 cfm vs M100463 at 3200 cfm.

Honestly I know it had a Donaldson on there before but don't know which one. Maybe come new year I'll grab 2 of the M100463 & just toss em on myself.

So what your saying is they screwed up both the things that you paid them to do?

Sad part is it could of been any shop in the USA that would of screwed that up?

It has become my expectation to expect the worst. Needed a wheel seal changed on the road a while back. Knew there was going to be trouble 10 min into the job so I tried to help. 1/2 way through there boss man calls ( he was watching on the camera system from a remote location) and says I can’t be in the shop because of insurance reasons.

Sure enough it was leaking 50 miles down the road.

 

Think I'd be going back to that shop and sticking them up somebody's arse.
Even Stevie Wonder could've done the job right.
That shop owner needs to hear this..
And after all you went thru,I'd expect to be well compensated for all the aggravation.
