what's the pay breakdown?

If you a road driver at ups freight trust me u be taking a step back going to Walmart. Poor health car and no pension.

Then u be making 85k to 90k sleeping in a truck 4 nights a week when u can make the same being home every night at ups freight plus u can make 120 k and be home.

 

You are exactly right. The things we have to put up with now...well, pay is all they got their is a lot of pressure in this job and getting fired is a common thing here) Safety has been turned loose and comes out with a new thing to fire you over almost every week. Catch them in a rule violation and the just change the rule. They lay off from the top of the seniority list in the offices to save money..figure drivers might be next after they reach 105% staffing. Big rush to get automatic trucks....hmmm wonder why??
