lol it was PSI!!! Figured that out right after I posted this which is like I’m trying to remember...25 Inches at idle. Can’t imagine a few inches matter but who knows. Anyway I turned that valve off we will see if my fuel was overheating or not.

Therefore my 12.7 was in PSI and I was calculating Inches.

Really hoping this works. I’m going to take off the junk filters that are on it today. Haven’t had time as I’ve been constantly loaded and didn’t want to mess up the fuel pressure. Also I pinched off my waste gate which helped out with my part of the issue turns out my actuator was stuck getting 31 pounds of boost now.
-
To clarify it helped part of my issue and I’m hoping turning that valve resolves the issue along with possible fuel filter restriction. If all else fails running a clear line at fuel intake and exit on head to see if o-rings are done for. After that I’ll replace every valve, spring and line on fuel system. If that doesn’t fix it guess I’m screwed lol.

No go on the valve fixing issue. But I had a code 25 before tried to put derate to Warning no fix replacing sensor now.

How did you check/calculate biometric pressure ?
Also I have 06 car acert mxs, replaced all fuel lines, new primary fuel filter head, new t pump, installed new bigger stiffer spring. Gained .5 mpg, better response, smoother idle, better power.
70psi at idle and 90 full before
85 psi at idle and 105 full after.
Should of done long time ago -
Do you have a part number for that spring?
-
Hey just wondering if you ended up finding the part number for that stiffer spring? I think that’s what’s wrong with my C15 as well, I’m getting 70 PSI at idle and about 80-85 at full load, I have an MXS C15 thanks

Hi everyone, my first post, or a question rather. when it comes to fuel pressure, cat has done the spring but not the pump , pressure before 70/85, after 90/100,numbers with no load, but truck still lacking power down below, but seams to wake up a bit past 1500, could the transfer pump be bad or as maccarolltrucking put everything past the primary ? although i run fass system so dont have one.
