I write everything down on a log sheet for every day and every state that I’m in.

    • I use a garmin GPS.
    • My ELD tracks it as well.

Just like Bakerman said but I keep mileage records on my phone now, I used to write down on a notepad but with the Google app it gets sinchronized with my email account in case something happens.

RoadLog tracks it on their ELD.

Also, depending on your phone, you can always use your "virtual assistant" to make notations and put them in an excel spreadsheet.
