Maxes out at $26/hr after 5 yrs according to a local heniff driver both companies pay very similarly its just differences in the pay structure

 

If this is true, I'll be putting in my notice once Olympus has Heniff swallow Superior. I want a local job soon anyways.

This is what SBL is paying in the Midwest, current pay is:
Mileage: .56 Loaded, .45 Empty
Loading / Unloading: Flat rate first 2 hrs. $20.
Hourly pay rate: $20.
Dedicated Local Hourly Rate: $21.5
Drop & Hook: $10
Bunk: $10
Tank Wash: $20

Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 7
Paid $21.5 an hour for 9.5 hours
9 paid Holidays: $20 an hour for 8 hours
2-5 paid personal days

Insurance through Athem BCBS: Medical, Dental, Prescription: weekly premium cost...
$43 Single / $112 Family. Deductible $1k single or $2k family. No deductible for dental but $1k max payout per family

401k with profit sharing

 

This is the same pay package they have in Atlanta I am not sure about the rest of the southeast

 

It's confirmed and true. You will see them Gobble Superior up. They have notified everyone on the Superior website. The Superior and Heniff FB page. I know people are concerned. But, I am a wait and see kind of guy.
