Yeah and just as easy to lose 50%... 8% is a good average for long term stock holdings.

 

Why would anyone want to have any sort of business at all planning on a break even type of deal, I started mowing lawns when I was 7 years old, and would have never done it on any sort of break even basis, not on purpose anyway. lol

 

8 percent u can make that on bonds anyday of the week with virtually zero risk

 

Id like to know where you can buy bonds yielding 8%. Only bonds I know paying that return are junk bonds and they are very risky.

 

He also makes 30% with stocks fairly easy with minimal risk... this guy should be named Warren buffet
