    That's very wise of you. Non Union companies fall very short when it comes to pay, benefits and retirement as opposed to their Union driver counterparts.

    Well that is what I do everyday.

    Yes I know you have and I can see why. It's okay.

    Age has nothing to do with it. Common sense and the will to provide a better life for your family has everything to do with it.

    Sad that didn't even cross my mind. One less tractor (and its associated costs) can cover quite a bit of OT.
