Worst part about either job when you come to Tampa is honestly the traffic. Doesn't matter how many cases/pallets you have to move or how much merchandising you have to do, the traffic will drive you nuts for quite a while. It takes a few years to be okay with it lol. I used to run philly to NYC and that was light compared to here. You will want to try to get a rural route in Balm/Riverview area to protect your sanity.

Coca Cola pays lousy wages and treats their drivers poorly. US Foods pays much better; as in twice the salary.

Us foods starts at $42/hr for inexperienced drivers? Wow! Think they would double my pay too? $56/hr would be awesome!

I don't know where in MO you are, but at Coke in STL we all make 27.15 with a guaranteed 8/10 ( nights are 5x8 days are 4x10) and time and a half after 8/10/40. The union contract up here is pretty good. I work nights and haven't worked more than 30hr/wk in almost 2 years.

We've had a bunch of USF guys come over in the last couple years.

In my area and knowing how both companies work, Coke. Pepsi pays less, and doesn't have the guaranteed hours. From what I understand, the STL area is the last to get Pepsi's version of the CooLift system, so you shouldn't have to deal with working off a sideloader. They're the same type of work everywhere, it just comes down to which has the better pay/benefits.
