I have no idea. But what circuit breaker did you remove and why? The reason I ask is, I had a problem and engine derated, and wouldn't go faster than 5mph. The Volvo dealer talked me thru crawling underneath and disconnect the speed sensor. I then could drive as fast as I wanted. But I lost the same things you did.

    Any rev limits?
I had the same issue but with the added rev limiter at 1500RPM.
My issue ended up being the speed sensor at the driveshaft. When it went bad it went into limp home mode and thus the rev limiter.
Sensor pretty chep..roughly $30 but those can be a real beeaaaccttthhh to remove as they tend to rust and if you snap it flush the driveshaft has to be be dropped to removed.

I dont know about "added rev limiter at 1500RPM" is but I lost my speed cup at 105 km/h now can drive as I want, plus the i shft is changing hear one by one. Like it starts at 1 and go all the way to 12 one by one while it is still at "E". So can I change the speed sensor my self?

I know nothing about automatics....but would think you could. Just be aware that if it snaps due to corrosion you might have to drop the driveshaft.

Disconnect the battery for a few seconds, that should reset everything and yes put the circuit breaker back in. Hope it helps.
