1. Can anyone shed some light on whether or not hot shots who are interstate have to comply with hos? I am above 26k empty.
2. Using the fsc formula I ended up with $1.32. This was after multiplying by the mileage. What do I do with this number. I know I shouldn’t be adding 1.32 to a rate?
I’d appreciate any help someone would have.

Thanks for the info thus far but I gotta ask this. My partner is insured and can only travel up to 500 miles. He DOES NOT have an ELD and is under the assumption by advice he’s been given that he can travel more than the 100 air miles up to eight times a month and not be required to log anything. Has anyone heard of this? Thanks in advance

And he has to graph log on paper, just doesn't need an ELD until the 9th day.
And it's 100 air mile radius. He can do 600 miles a day as long as that radius isn't breached.not4hire, brian991219, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this.
