If there was a recording of me sweet talking traffic I'd be accused of terroristic threats.

Portland I can handle, the frequency of the swarm is a lot like houston, they're mad but not sticky/contagious mad. Seattle however is a geriatric loony bin, Denver level arrogance mixed with New York amounts of passive aggressive malice. The scenery makes up for it up there though, it's hard to get mad when the graphics look like driving through a video game all the time.

Got to love how 4 wheelers come down the feeder ramp all lax-i-daisy like and force a truck over. Then car matches trucks speed and hangs out by the trailer tandems for like 10 seconds before they reach over and hit the button for the NOS boost. At which point turn into Jeff Gordon, leave the truck in the wake of thier afterburner, and proceed to weave & Bob through traffic before disappearing over the horizon...

Meditation is like taking our world, and the boundaries that we are used to and bending them to our will. It’s like gaining a thousand years worth of experience, yet still being young and willing to learn. On a motorcycle, with all of your senses wide open, it’s like a mix of drugs and a religious experience.

Yes, you can control the traffic around you. And it’s rather simple to do. Think about it...

If you cross the zipper, what does that car that’s matching your trailer axles do? He slows down. If you hit your turn signal to switch lanes, what does the car do? It speeds up.
You want the car in front of you to speed up? Act like you want to make a pass.

You can spot the cars that are going to cut you off even before they pass you. You can spot the cars whose motorists do not have full control of the vehicle.
You can spot the drunks. You can spot the sleepy driver. If you can see all of these things and all of these hazards BEFORE they happen YET are unable to use this intel to your benefit, guess what?

Very well put...Thank You for that.
Gives me even more motivation for obtaining more spiritual awareness. There used to be too much aggression in me of which the culmination point was smashing my own windshield and hurting my hand. I decided to fight the venomous outbursts of anger and dispel the negative energy from within my mind. I need to master this further. I truly thank you for your post.

It makes those 11 hour sprints fly by.

You know how we are always on a continuous journey to improve? Say for example if overall as a person, on a scale of 1-10, you’d give yourself an 8-9 even. But no matter how much you like who you are, there is room for improvement. So let’s improve. I used to be extremely hot headed, quick tempered and violent. But that’s WEAKNESS. If someone can piss you off, they control you. If you have buttons, expect for everyone in the world to push them.

ver notice that in the KungFu movies, the Master is ALWAYS calm? Calmness is the evidence of strength in a Man. Can you imagine taking the Man that you are, and removing that weakness? It will remove all of your previous shortcomings and limitations. Now, I am not saying that you will not have limitations and won’t make mistakes...it’s more like being forged into something stronger. There will still be imperfections, but you will be made with a much stronger, more durable metal.

Atleast once a day this happens to me. I refuse to slow down and more than half the time I have a vehicle to my left...guess who loses the battle and ends up slamming on their brakes on the shoulder. Hint, its not me.
