    went looking for some "tapioca".... it's like a flat thing made with tapioca flour, put on a hot skillet and filled with a number of things you choose... I chose Mina's cheese + white shredded white coco inside...

    there are many kinds of fast food here... they all cook stuff on a hot pan and folks choose all kinds of ingredients n meat and fillings, etc etc.... that one is called crepe....
