Isx435 shuts of when idling

2011 prostar cummins isx435
Got warn engine light on , when i turn the key I don't hear the fuel pump priming and truck starts as normal , but shuts off in few minutes when idling. Also I had another electrical problem today , my windshield fluid pump not working and both horns not working . I fixed that with changing the fuse. Weather was cold and ice/rain so airhorn was full of dirt.
I'm running now truck idle at 1000 rpm and it doesn't shuts off but it is kind of rough ( still cold outside and cold engine) I'm not anywhere near shop nearest 60 miles , closed on sunday , just wondering if I can run truck without prime pump? Also I think there should be fuze near the pump or not?
Could it be ecm so it doesn't send power to pump? Can't look up code today.

Update: drive about 60 miles to nearest town and just half mile until truck stop it loses power and shuts down. I was able to limp to truck stop but unfortunately there was no mechanic available on Sunday where I'm now. I have to wait until tomorrow. Any suggestions what could it be?

 

Cleared the computer and truck is running normally. This morning started a truck again, warn engine light again and then disappears after 10 minutes truck running. Also I have fault coded in pic attached.
