There are only a handful of businesses with an equal or higher failure rate than becoming an O/O. Opening a restaurant would be right at the top of that list. I've thought of doing the same, but restaurants are a very cutthroat business, and the profit margins are extremely thin. I've also come to the conclusion that what I can cook well and love to eat isn't necessarily what everybody else likes to eat.
Good deal?
