Should have thrown her the keys and then say, "u drive it then because I quit".

 

I know it's a sad story. But I'm in tears laughing, imagining the situation. Some woman yelling and carrying on. And this guy, who doesn't know her like... "You calm down right now or I'm gonna slap you! " Lol!

 

First legally it is your word against hers. Management pukes claim knowledge of perception of threat all the time as though they been to some HR video. I live in California; we have better workplace protections even if your accuser is an illegal immigrant. In the future don't admit to anything. Proof is the legal standard; not some nobody trucker manager.

 

You telling a female you’ll slap her is rather telling.

 

I like telling angry or distressed females to calm down. It always gets results.
