That truck and the one in my avatar take turns at hauling me to New Juyzee and back every week.. :smt066
I'm not saying I'm a cheater.. but if you're a one truck O/O.. its just about like being married.. and I've told my ol' lady this too..
I just can't afford downtime whether it be trucking or clucking.. LOL
So I try to always keep a spare in the rack.. otherwise I'd probabiy be freaking out until I get that engine back together.. and my ol' lady to believing that I know what I'm talking about and just how lucky she is.. LOL
I actually enjoy wrenching on these trucks most of the time..
Older caterpillars aren't bad at all.. as long as they're not leakers and its a truck with a decent hood on it ..
Sure beats using a weedeater or arguing with my wife about the honeydo list she always has ready when I roll in..
Either one of which usually causes my gearjammin arm to end up sore for the next week..![]()

LMAO 359, you are way tooooooooooo funny. We probably all need to have some humor in our lives. I know I do... I started to say "keep it up" and changed my mind cause I know where it would lead. LOL
359kool Thanks this. -
Are there any load boards that don't require registration? Just want to look at general
freight movements and pay scales. -
Sorry guys... WallyGator got me hooked on that stupid FarmVille game at facebook... been spending way too much of my truckstop time there collecting chickens.
I got one load out this week on thursday, should have been able to knock the whole thing out in 10 hours, but I got stuck at the shipper for 5 hours, then took a wrong turn on I-77 and ended up on the scenic mountain route in VA for 12 miles straight up on a car road, then 12 miles straight down... no fires this time but scared witless. Then a rig overturned on on 77 WV turnpike and it was shut down so I stopped and slept. Finally made it under the deadline to deliver and that took a little coaxing to get cooperation. Then the broker came through at the last minute with a load home, but this place is completely broken down, so now it looks like I'm stuck here for the nightthe guy in front of me lives half hour from here and said screw it he was going home... and did. Well I guess that will save me 2 hours somewhere along the line here
