    It runs half ### decent when warmed up ,but other day on freeway I stepped on pedal to pass someone and it popped twice thru exhaust first time it's done that warmed up ,useally it only does it cold, my fuel milage is #### to every since this started

    No, the injector seats in the head. Injector doesn't touch the sleeve.

    From what I know these trucks have some valve on them that aid in cold start. Don’t know too much else about them.

    My c15 always does it after I wash under the hood and the last time I noticed that the turbo boost gauge was way off just idling it was showing like 15 to 20psi and after 30 min or so it smartens up

    Sounds like retarded EPA timing symptoms. Stutter down low & dumping white/unburnt fuel?

    Same issues with a E-7 mack after inframe and throwing parts at it after turning it up. Needed to be advanced 2-3° cleared the smoke/stutter issue
