That don’t lease new trucks here, the put them in the lease program at 250K. They do this to keep the lease payments lower. When my truck is paid off next year I will have about 750K on the clock.

I pay $5.00 a week to have the girls in the office enter my numbers into a spreadsheet. At the end of every month I feel out an expense report and send it into the office. They provide me with a quarterly P&L and a year end P&L. It breaks everything down for my accountant.

MidWest_MacDaddy and Vic Firth Thank this.

weather looks good going out West for this time of year. It’s going to be frigid in Fremont tonight.

I seem to remember reading a comment a while back about the best route down there, but I don't remember what it was. My fuel stops want me to take I-76 to Denver then I-70 to I-15. I don't really have a problem going that way if the weather's gonna be good.

Depending on how heavy the load is I might run 80 across Wyoming and then down. I think that way is 50 miles longer. The weather across 70 looks fine, snow tomorrow morning in Vail but that ends mid morning

Do you get the actual spreadsheet for your accountant or just a paper printout?

wanting to track my numbers better for 2020 and would be curious to see how it’s designed.

Woke up to 1° and 19mph wind this morning. Good time to head to California it seems.
