question about power generator

    i'm thinking of having a power generatior so i can run a tv, an xbox and some other stuff. since the company policy does'nt allows power inverter that requires to hotwire...

    what would you recommend?

    A power inverter that plugs into the 12 volt ports in the truck. You can't wire into the battery but you can get up to a 475 watt inverter that just plugs in. I have two, they work fine.

    i was thinking of one of those gaz power generator i would put in a box secured behind the sleeper

    i saw also that 1700 amp marina portable generator with power inverter. i don't know if it's any good

    As long as your not running a fridge,coffe pot,or microwave just get an inverter that plugs into a cig lighter. If you look at the power requirements in the manuals of the stuff you'll be powering you'll know how much of an inverter to buy. I used to power my laptop, tv and and dvd player off a 450watt inverter. By the way, I like your sig, been an ST fan since 87.
