I've got a 2001 ish transcraft eagle 48 ft spread axle flatbed that will air up perfectly when I'm empty but as soon as i put a load on it the leveling valve comes about half way down and the bags stop airing up. I plumbed and air pressure gauge into the tank and show about 115 psi. I hooked it up to the shop air and at 140 psi the trailer aired up completely with a load on and i can't find any leaks. I'm confused as to if i have a problem in the trailer or if i should just turn the pressure on the air governor up a little bit to get more pressure going to the trailer
Transcraft eagle suspension not airing up when loaded

Dumb question but is the leveling rod bent or has it come unhooked?
-
No. The leveling valve is still hooked up and straight it just doesn't air up all the way
-
If you disconnect it and move it by hand will it air up? Sounds like you have a bad valve or trash in it.
-
If i disconnect it and move it by hand it will still only air up to the same point. But if you removed the air line from the valve it has output air all the way to where the arm is supposed to stop at
-
Sounds like the valve has something in it or its bad.

I'll throw a new one on today and let you know. Thank you for the reply.
