I'd pull the plug in a Mississippi Minute at this point.
That's just me though...
Basic math rules are not discriminate. 2 plus 2 still = 4, no matter how you slice it.
You're a young, man. Got your whole life ahead of you. Unless there's something on your MVR precluding you from getting a good job with a good company, with benefits, the field is wide open. Especially living in a city hub like you do now.

Thanks guys, I mean I can't help but to laugh and smile as to the sequence of events that took me from a great job and apartment in San Diego to shacking up with my new in laws for free while I try fixing my monetary nightmare. Whatever happens will happen now, so there's no use in me dwelling on any of it, past present or future.
Atlanta trucker and Scooter Jones Thank this. -
There's no way on earth I'd approve of one of my daughters marrying a fellow, no matter how nice, who is so deep in debt he can't see straight.
Doesn't mean I could stop them, however, I sure raise heck trying LOLAtlanta trucker and spyder7723 Thank this. -

Dave_in_AZ, Rugerfan and Mountaintrucker4302 Thank this. -
I've gone off like that once before. Middle of the night in Wyoming pulling a rocky mountain set. My headlights were ####ty and the construction signs said to cross over, but the lack of lane markings meant I turned 500ft too early into an asphalt crossover that became a grass dropoff. I slowed the truck down after hopping a couple small hills, stopped in the median as the grass wasnt damp or frozen, waited for other vehicles to pass, then reentered the freeway through the crossover road I was meant to follow in the first place. Last trailer may have clipped a traffic cone, but since the truck had no cameras, stability bs or anything else to alert the company of my offroading, no harm no foul. -
Rumor has it the truck was just in the shop and the steering wheel came off the spline in his hands........
Dave_in_AZ and Vic Firth Thank this. -

That equation equals a brand new house in a neighborhood SHE wanted to live in, a $500 golden retriever puppy SHE wanted to keep from being lonely in the house while I work 12hr shifts, then turning a 180 and leasing an expensive apartment close to my work SHE wanted to move to. So we moved out of the house SHE wanted into this apartment, where we spent 2-3 months paying both rent and a mortgage we CLEARLY weren't prepared to handle before the house finally rented out. We bought her the brand new Mazda SHE has wanted for a year at an interest rate and payment only I can properly pay for, and in the midst of all that we're planning a $30k wedding in California that now NEITHER of us can afford because #### kept hitting the fan, and so we are now asking our parents to loan us money for.
So after considering all that, maybe the problem isn't me, but rather your hypothetical daughter? I mean it's okay now that she recognizes all her missteps (after I called what was gonna happen beforehand) and she's now working full time to help me as much as she can.. but who knows if it's enough to un-sink the ship?Old - School and jsnell Thank this.
