What, like the folks who bring merchandise for your store? The food you eat? The clothes on your back? The building materials for your house? THOSE "unwanted" people??? Jack a z z.....

As for the owners, as long as the truckers aren't leaving trash behind, just pulling in, parking to sleep for the night, what is the big deal??

It's Arkansas, land of the Razorbacks(hogs or hawgs). Land of weight posted bridges on truck routes with no warnings but right on the bridge. Yeah, it's that place. It doesn't surprise me that some big company wouldn't want truckers parking on its' property overnight for free.

I drove through one time when I missed my turn off in Texas, the Ouachita Mountains reminded me of the Ozarks to the north except they are more wooded, and I saw my first and only bear crossing sign. I drove through the only tunnel I had been through till that time that wasn't restricted for hazardous materials.

Arkansas to the east is pool table flat, they grow lots of rice there. North Little Rock has more panhandlers in the truck stops than anywhere else I have been. West near Texarkana it looks much like east Texas. The coops on the Interstates are always open and my Pre-pass was ignored. Red light every time, even when empty. Like I said, land of the hogs.

Northwest AR is a strange part of the state, I have a feeling that much of the freight comes across from Oklahoma to the west, where the roads are less hilly.,I think that is where the truck stops are.

I delivered anti-freeze to dealers in the state on one of the few runs I made there, the people were mostly friendly and helpful, so I have no qualms about going back, if the opportunity ever presented itself.

Somehow, I get the feeling that the "trash" isn't the problem....it's the "party girls and boys" looking for some evening "entertainment" trash!

Can't really blame people anymore. What do you expect when people throw trash all over the lot, piss bottles and pee all over the lot making it smell like urine.

It cost money to clean all the crap up.

As much as it kills me to say this if I owned a business I would not allow any CMV to park on my lot unless they where delivering. The trashy drivers have ruined it for the rest of us
