Almost all trucking companies has negative things. Can say as solo I had weeks where I only got 1700 miles so that is negative about being solo...
Was told I would get .38 vs .33 for military service. Supposedly 5 to 6k miles a week team with miles split.
Wow nothing like that here in Florida. No rental. Greyhound. Also pay .33 here. .38 for me as .05 for military. Lucky you.
Social media moron
I have been out of trucking 7 years and I think I need to do it all over again. Only positive I will have is having my cdl and medical card.
Umm how about slow down then?
About my weather comment. Well, if want to make money stay where ya'll are at, if not then come on down. (for most people)
No winter yet down here. 79 today and sunny. Right now is 70ish. Next month some sorta winter will be here.
Oh that reminds me of a song..."Asphalt Cowboy".
So people have an issue with a policy that has been on the books since 2006 but now enforced???? OK.
I wonder if this will help http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/national-freight-inc/49243-info-on-nfi.html
Oh well thanks. I checked a few that does but none in Florida unless in the panhandle further than where I am moving. I guess I have to start all...
I have a question for ya'll. I haven't drove in 7 years but have a cdl with 2 1/2 years previous. Does TransAm have a refresher?
I did it back in 2005 and failed miserably. I would say part my fault and part loads.
Times sure have changed. Back in 06 I would have done that easy.
I guess it all depends on where you live and what is important to you on which company you start with. Oh, and other factors as well.
I don't post often but I must say this has been a great read.
I drove for Swift back in 2004. They are what they are.
