Horned cattle can poke holes in the roof pretty easy.
Different brands could vary a little bit due to different tread depths, that could be your problem.
295/75r22.5 is 39.9" tall 275/80r22.5 is 39.8" tall 11r22.5 is 41.4" tall These measurements are when new with the same tread depth.
If the tread depth was equal, there is only about 1/8" difference in height between these 2 sizes. If 1 was new and the other wore out there...
Most of the 3" straps are rated at 5400#'s just like the 4" straps, but you're probably better off going with the 4". 30' is good for most things...
