Lot of crying about the Brokers, What about the Carriers that are taking loads for the advertised rate? As long as the Broker gets the loads...
Should have kept your DOT/MC the same, LLC's are legally ran as a Sole Proprietor or "Corporation"... Never changed mine 19 years ago, still check...
It doesn't matter what the Broker is making..I myself give them a rate, if they take it good for me, if they don't I move on, simple. I'm speaking...

@ PPDCT....Transporting Heavy Equipment for over 40 years I know plenty people in the Business...people talk, not good for a Broker that is dishonest.
Where is a Broker reported for canceling a load and you know it's because they found a cheeper truck!!??

You both deflected from the question about "charging" Carriers for being paid when they should be paid, the US Government has taught you well!

NO, you are charging them to get paid when they are supposed to be paid, when the job is done.
