Where I run you don't have to have a Hazmat to haul PW. What regulations state you need a Hazmat to haul PW?
Equipment that might pass inspection and dirt roads that 25MPH might be too fast.
Don't know why you can't since $85,000 is doable in the south if you don't mind not having a life.

How about Plains Marketing? FWIW, I haul water and do service work NW of your area and most Crude Haulers I talk to made from $90,000 to $105,000...
