We are usually notified of a drivers death and safety would definitely highlight it. Was it a contractor or a WM driver??

Probably a good ideal to e mail your logs to yourself for tax purposes. Companies only hold them for a couple of years.

You are exactly right. The things we have to put up with now...well, pay is all they got:( their is a lot of pressure in this job and getting...
Now it is used to fire drivers to keep a good turnover in staffing to keep pay on the low end of the scale. Hope enough companies lose lawsuits...
Layspipe is more right than you think...notice they push the pay now as be all and end all...ever wonder why?
Seems like as a full time driver is fired or retires, that truck is programmed out at my dc...check with others to see if that is nationwide.
