I would not recomend deleting it as the engine have side effects from that procedure. Emulator would be better as you wont need ECM reprogramed
Also along with the SPN 5394, do you have any spn 5282 or 4094? I an pretty sure you have 4094 but any otget?

Your truck probably won't maintain heat because of a fan clutch or solenoid issue . Let me guess.......if you idle your truck will increase RPM...
