For ddec2 you need to set it for 6 Teeth
Possibly the WasteGate controller Acting Up ?
Probly a Grounding or Fuse issue in the Dash Below windshield where the Water Runs down
You have low compression Pistons then some programming on the Calibration would help
Do you know the Serial Number or Model Number for your Engine so we can determine what you have ?
you say your ET connects to the ecm correct ? If so go into status Section and check if it reads any ENgine RPM while cranking ? if it doesnt...
yes youd most likly see it all over the front end i guess like few other guys mentioned here it could also just be oil still in the pipe from...
Is the oil forsure coming from turbo ? or is it the engine seal slosshing up against that pipe

On dyno on Singles ive seen minimum of 200-250deg and up to 500Deg Diff Before and after turbo Depending on engine rpm & Hp & turbo design etc...
Is this In the Manifold preturbo or After turbo/Turbos

Making GOOD tunes is huge undertaking sir............Without your own dyno its nearly impossible
Is the 12.7 an EGR Engine ?
Have you looked into the clean air side of the Turbo to check if turbo is Blown ?

you might have a Bad Turbo Leaking boost into the Crankcase
