Welcome but I won't offer any advice on a L/P as I have never done one.
Click on manage attachments, click browse ( that should take you into your pictures) click the pic you want, click open, then click upload...like...
I'm sorry for your loss. Its tough...I know. Don't sign anything or make any statements of any kind unless you are 100% sure they cant be used...

Sounds like his spending and overhead is exceeding what comp is paying, otherwise the bills would be paid up.
