CEL comes on at times shows egr temp where do I start .ISX

Got all that fixed, Now shows a code for no abs sid 254 and fault 07?? Thanks for the replys..
since I bought this truck the engine temp always seemed too low ,now that it is cold even with winter front temp died off quickly,shutdown on me...
