Most applications only want you to go back 10 years, maybe list your former driving in the cover letter to let them know you have driven before.
If you will beat the pavement, websites and stop in at places that have trucks for their own delivery you maybe shocked what you can find...

You want to be sleeping when the trainer is, that way he's in the seat beside you while your driving "training you". Good luck!

I've only been with two trainers so far, but some actually want to train you!
I feel this way about it.... If you don't feel he is a good fit for you, maybe putting your CDL or safety in jeopardy, not teaching you anything...
