There is vents on top of your tanks, usually they have i little lose running down the tanks on the outside. I would check and clean/replace those...

loaded, empty and bobtail. Depending on the load it’s more/less severe.
Truck shakes at 58-63 mph. It stops after 65 completely and it’s really smooth at 68+ Steer tires balanced, centramatics installed still the same....
