    The pay is my biggest thing yea 26 is good but I can’t wait 3-4 years to make that the raise thing is ridiculous 20 and .30 cents a year Smh it...

    Waco cost of living is rising and yes theres jobs that pay more than central glass plant pays 20+ with ot double,triple pay,other warehouse jobs...

    yea p&d wasn't too bad just central as a company we had maybe 8 drivers a majority left for saia and other companys that pay better and a few more...
